Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bath and body products once they have been opened or used. 

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will happily send you a replacement at no extra cost. 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of shipping damage (as described above). All sales are final on undamaged products.
